When will it arrive?

Your book is printed just for you after you approve every page. Printing and delivery usually take about two weeks in the United States. We email you the moment it ships — and your digital book is ready to read in your library the same day you approve it, so the story can start before the printed book arrives.

Our guarantee

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or contains an error we made, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will remake and reprint it free. No forms, no fuss — we want the keepsake to be right.

Why we can't offer change-of-mind refunds

Every book is custom artwork of one specific child — it can't be restocked or resold. That's why you review and approve every single pagebefore anything is printed: what arrives is exactly the book you approved. Once a book is approved and printed, it isn't returnable for a refund.
